A family of five from Co Monaghan claimed a whopping €1 Million at Lottery HQ today which they won in last Friday's 9pm Daily Millions draw.
The winning top prize ticket was sold at Flemings Super Valu, Church Square in Monaghan Town.
The syndicate, who wish to keep their win private, relived the moment they discovered they won the life-altering sum saying they actually dreamt they won the Lotto two months ago.
Fran Whearty, Communications Executive with the National Lottery says the Monaghan family dreamt they won the Lotto two months ago and he says dreams certainly do come through.
The winning Monaghan family said they would not usually be Daily Millions players but checked the ticket that night and nearly dropped, one family ,member said they needed a little tipple to calm their nerves.
"We had trouble sleeping the next few nights thinking about the win and keeping the ticket safe they added.
Revealing they kept the hidden ticket inside a Tommy Gorman book called Never Better, and by goodness, we really are never better now!" laughed another member of the family.
A trip to Las Vegas, clearing mortgages and plenty of massages are just some of the ways in which the family hope to spend their winnings.
This latest win in Monaghan is the 7th time a player has scooped the Daily Millions top prize worth €1Million this year.
