Doohamlet National School in Monaghan has been given approval for new
classrooms.
The Department of Education has given the go ahead for two special education
needs classrooms.
Also included in the plans is temporary accommodation for an ASD classroom
for children with autism.
It's the latest approval for special education projects for schools in the
Northern Sound region.
The news is being welcomed by local Senator Robbie Gallagher and TDs Heather
Humphreys and Niamh Smyth.
