Local diversions are in place around Clones for the town's annual Halloween Festival this evening. The fancy dress parade starts at 7pm with children assembling at the High Cross in the Diamond from before that time with the Ghost Busters on hand to keep people safe from ghosts and ghouls. Lower Fermanagh Street will be closed for the duration of the festival from 6pm until everyone has safely left the area.
Fermanagh Street will be closed temporarily to allow the parade to move into the Farmyard but will re-open immediately afterwards. Elsewhere, local diversions will be in place via the Roslea Road and a portion of the Roslea Rd and Church Hill will be coned off for no parking to allow large vehicles manoeuvre the junction. The festival, which is hosted by Clones Chamber of Commerce, will end after a licenced fireworks display.
