When gardaí in Cavan pulled a car over for having no insurance, officers also discovered the person behind the wheel was disqualified from driving.
From their online database, Gardaí on mobile patrol in Cavan at the weekend could ascertain the car in question was uninsured.
When they stopped the vehicle, officers discovered the driver of the vehicle was disqualified. The driver was subsequently arrested and their car seized by gardaí.

The motorist has been charged to appear in court at a later date.
