The Department of Education has approved the development of five new classrooms at Inver College.
The Carrickmacross school is set to benefit from two Special Education rooms, a multi-media room, a music room and a general classroom.
This is the second funding announcement for Inver College recently, with a major extension and upgrade works approved last year.
Chief Executive of CMETB John Kearney said it highlights the quality of teaching at the school and ensures the needs of the entire school community are met.
