Irish and British ministers are meeting in Dublin this afternoon for crunch talks on the future of Northern Ireland.
The meeting, at Farmleigh House, is part of the British-Irish Intergovernmental Conference.
They're expected to discuss political developments in relation to Northern Ireland and the importance of restoring the Northern Ireland Executive.
Meanwhile, the UK Government has formally tabled amendments to legislation seeking to address the legacy of the Troubles in Northern Ireland.
The move comes ahead of the Committee Stage of the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill, scheduled to proceed in the House of Lords next week.
The legislation aims to deliver better outcomes for those most impacted by the Troubles, including victims, survivors and veterans as well as helping society to look forward.
