An online masterclass for local young people will kick-start tomorrow morning at 10 am.
Monaghan and Cavan County Councils teamed up with the Local Arts In Education Partnership to produce the programme, which will run for five weeks in the lead-up to the planned re-opening of schools.
The masterclass can be viewed on the Cavan Monaghan Creative YouTube channel.

Cavan poet Heather Brett will open up the masterclass tomorrow morning with an online workshop on using poetry to deal with anxiety, particularly during the on-going covid-19 pandemic.
Deirdre McQuaid, the Creative Ireland co-ordinator for Monaghan, says the online masterclasses could inspire young people to take a real interest in the arts:
