Two Covid-19 vaccinations clinics will operate across Cavan and Monaghan today, Thursday and tomorrow Friday the 16th of September.
The HSE is advising patients to book in advance as this will help to prevent delays at the centres.
A Covid-19 vaccination clinic will be held today at the Iontas Centre in Castleblayney for those aged 12 years and over.
It will operate from 10.30am to 1pm and from 1:45pm to 4pm.
Second boosters and booster vaccines for healthcare workers will also be administered.
Meanwhile, tomorrow Friday, a clinic will be held at the Old Courthouse in Ballyjamesduff.
Vaccines available include Dose 1, Dose 2, and booster vaccines for those aged 12 years and older as well as second boosters for those aged 12 to 49 years deemed medically vulnerable.
Second boosters for those aged 50 and over; booster vaccines for healthcare workers; Dose 1 and Dose 2 for those aged 5 to 11 years; and booster 1 for those aged 5 to 11 years that are Immunocompromised will also be administered.
The clinic is open from 10.30am to 2.15pm and from 3pm to 4pm
The HSE is advising that while walk-ins are welcome, people should book an appointment at www.hse.ie to ensure suitable time and easy access to the facilities.
Deputy Operational Lead for the Cavan Monaghan Covid-19 Vaccination Service, Geraldine Keenan, said those who are medically vulnerable aged 12 and over are welcome to attend.
"We are also inviting healthcare workers for their second booster vaccination,," she continued.
"This is in addition to those aged 50 years and over who are also eligible for their second booster vaccinations."
