Cavan County Council has announced plans to construct 28 houses in Cavan.
These homes set to be developed at Magheranure, Tullygarvey, Cootehill.
The houses will consist of a mix of two-storey and single storey, 3 and 2 bed semi-detached dwellings, terrace dwellings, 4 bed semi-detached houses, and a single story detached dwelling.

The proposal also includes plans to retain walls, develop car parking spaces, service roads, landscaping, connections to existing water and services and all associated site works.
Plans and particulars of the proposed development are available for inspection or purchase at the Customer Service Desk, Johnston Library, Cavan, and Municipal District Office, Cootehill, up until 18th September.
