Contracts have been signed for 45 homes in Co Cavan. Cavan County Council and GEDA Construction signed contracts for the delivery of new social homes at Pairc na Téile, Bailieborough. According to Cavan County Council, the contract value is €11 million. The development will consist of four one-bed, two-storey apartments, six two-bed semi-detached single storey homes, 22 two-bed semi-detached two storey homes and four three-bed semi-detached single storey homes. The development will also consist of six three-bed semi-detached two storey homes, two four-bed semi-detached single storey homes and one five-bed detached two storey home.
