The contracts for the regeneration project in Kingscourt have been signed.
These plans will see the town benefit from a number of improvement works all headed by Tobin.
The aim is to increase parking in the area, as well as civic space, improve the look of the town centre, and underground all overhead utilities.

It is also hoped that there will be plan to tackle dereliction in the area.
Local councillor and Cathaoirleach of Cavan County Council Clifford Kelly says he is confident they will receive the funding for these plans:
