Construction of new Ballybay Fire Station 'ongoing'

The construction process for the construction of a new Fire Station in Ballybay is ongoing. The building is currently at first floor level with the precast stairs in place. According to Monaghan County Council, the concrete beams for the appliance bays are in place as are the front and rear retaining walls. The update was welcomed by Cllr Sinead Flynn at the most recent sitting of Monaghan County Council.
