Ulster voters record highest rejection of constitution changes in referendum
While Donegal had the highest number of 'no' votes in both the family and carers referenda at 80 per cent and almost 84 per cent respectively, the Cavan-Monaghan constituency followed behind with the second highest 'no' votes.
