A woman has raised her concerns over Bus Éireann services from Navan to Kingscourt and vice versa. According to Amy Cunningham the 107 bus route did not show up at Abbey Road on Friday in Navan for the 4pm bus from Navan to Kingscourt while old people were waiting on this service.
Amy says only she checked online to see was it coming none of the people would of known this service was cancelled. Speaking to Northern Sound, Amy outlined that this is not the first time an incident of this nature has happened. She described the situation as a "disgrace" on behalf of Bus Eireann to not even show up or let people know the real time information. Amy told Northern Sound; "People need to be told what's happening in relation to buses being cancelled because this isn't first time it's happened. Even in the morning time, some buses don't turn up in Kingscourt until near 8:30am and older people and standing waiting there for 45 minutes waiting on a bus not knowing if it's coming or not. There's a bus shelter in Navan but there's no bus shelter in Kingscourt and people are getting soaked waiting on buses and it's not fair."
