Concerns are emerging this weekend that Article 16 will be triggered over the Northern Ireland Protocol.
Analysts believe it will be one of the first acts carried out by Liz Truss as Prime Minister.
Border Communities Against Brexit (BCAB) says the UK Government refused to hold talks with the EU regarding the matter and the new Bill will "trash" the Protocol and break international law.
BCAB spokesperson, Damien McGinnety says that if Article 16 is triggered, it will play into the hands of Tory Party hardline Brexiteers, and political unionism.
He added the organisation will endeavour to influence the EC and Member States to stand firm, and stick to the International deal they signed with the UK Government.
