People are being urged to abide by the Covid-19 restrictions to take pressure off the health system.
Cavan General Hospital has been described as "at breaking point" by a local TD.
An outbreak at Cavan General was confirmed last week and the number of patients in the facility who tested positive with the virus had been increasing.
That number dropped yesterday according to the latest HSE report, with 28 patients confirmed as having the virus.
With Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal moving to Level Four at midnight we're being urged to obey the restrictions as the health system locally is under pressure.
