A Co Cavan residential service for adults with disabilities and brain injuries has been deemed compliant in all areas following a recent inspection.
Hillview Manor, which provides accommodation for seven residents, was subject to the announced HIQA inspection on the 18th of May.
The announced inspection was conducted to monitor on-going compliance and to inform the renewal of registration decision.
Upon arrival, the inspector saw arrangements were in place to celebrate a significant birthday of one of the residents.
The inspector noted "an air of excitement about the celebrations" and added that "it was clear the residents were compatible with each other, and enjoyed each other's company".
Hillview Manor was deemed to be "spotlessly clean and well maintained" and residents were "well supported by an effective staff team".
