Clontibret GFC given green light for upgrades

Planning permission has been approved for a upgrade of facilities at Clontibret GFC in Co Monaghan.

Clontibret GFC were given the green light in recent days by Monaghan County Council for the addition of floodlighting. The club's application also included permission to erect perimeter fencing, goalposts and ball stops while retaining the playing pitch location at Lisglassan. County planners gave the local club the go-ahead with 5 conditions attached.
