The aftermath of flooding in County Cork has been described as "carnage". A month's worth of rain fell in the space of a day.
Over 100 properties in Midleton town have been flooded.
Surrounding areas and parts of west Waterford also saw huge amounts of rain as a result of Storm Babet.
