The Chilli Lounge in Cavan Town was honoured yet again this year at the prestigious the Food Awards Ireland. The popular restaurant scooped up the national award 'Takeaway of the Year'. The Chilli Lounge has been at the heart of the community in Cavan Town since its establishment back in 2018. Since then, the restaurant has only gone from strength to strength.
According to Raju Hasan, this is the third consecutive year that the family-run business has been awarded. Speaking to Northern Sound, Raju extended his heartfelt gratitude to the "incredible staff" and "loyal customers" of the Chilli Lounge. "We have tried our best from the beginning because it is a family-run business," he explained. "We serve high-quality food and it's great that people are loving it."
