The HSE is encouraging parents and guardians of children aged six months to four years and five to eleven years to vaccinate their children against COVID-19 in Cavan Monaghan.
Primary and first booster clinics for those 12 years and over will wrap up until the autumn this week, while clinics for children will continue.
Sinead McConnell, General Manager of the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, CH CDLMS is urging parents and guardians to take advantage of the opportunity to get their children vaccinated in Cavan and Monaghan.
A clinic will take place today in Cavan at the Ballinagh Health Centre from 10.30am to 11.30am for those aged 6 months to 4 years, and from 11.30am to 12.30pm for those aged 5 years to 11 years.
Elsewhere, a vaccination clinic will also take place next week at St Davnet's Campus in Monaghan on Friday September 1st. The first clinic of the day will run from 10am to 11am for those aged 6 months to 4 years.
While the second clinic will run from 11am to 12pm for those aged 5 to 11 years, with appointments available to book online via https://www2.hse.ie/screening-and-vaccinations/covid-19-vaccine/get-the-vaccine/booking/
