Two men and a company will be charged over a crush outside a 2019 disco that led to the deaths of three Co Tyrone teenagers.
It's understood Greenvale Hotel owner Michael McElhatton is one of the men.
They are being charged with gross negligence manslaughter after a fatal St Patrick's Day crush in Cookstown.
Prosecutors say they're not pursuing nine other staff and five police officers initially suspected of contributing to the events.
17 year olds Morgan Barnard and Lauren Bullock, and 16-year-old Connor Currie died during the crush, as they queued to get into a disco at the Greenvale Hotel in 2019.
Meanwhile, it is expected that the company that ran the hotel, will be charged over breaching health and safety regulations.
