Cavan and Monaghan have each recorded less than 5 cases of Covid 19 today.
This a drop from the 12 new cases in recorded in Cavan yesterday and the eight in Monaghan.
The incidence rates in both counties have also dropped further with Cavan below now below 400 on 364.9 and Monaghan down from 221.5 to 208.5.
Nationally, there are 444 new cases of Covid-19 in the Republic, and eight deaths.
158 of the new infections are in Dublin, with 48 in Cork, 36 in Galway and 28 in Limerick.
The remaining 174 cases are spread across 19 other counties.
310 patients are in hospital with the disease, with 41 in intensive care.
