The Chilli Lounge in Cavan Town scooped up not one but two awards at this year's Asian Restaurant Awards. The popular Indian restaurant was awarded 'Best Restaurant in Ulster' and 'Best Restaurant Manager' in Ulster.
The awards recently took place in the Castleknock Hotel, Dublin. Speaking to Northern Sound. Manager of the Chilli Lounge, Raju Hasan said this incredible achievement would not have been possible without dedicated staff, whose hard work and passion shine through every day. He also praised "loyal customers" for their unwavering support which inspires the local business to create unforgettable experiences.
"We are working hard and trying to do something different. We're always changing dishes and introducing new dishes from India as it's very important for us that our customers get an experience of all different cultural types of Indian food. We always strive to do authentic Indian food, there's so many restaurants out there but we try do it the real way and I think that's what makes us different and that's why we continue to receive these awards."
