A Cavan woman has been picked as "Friday's Most Stylish" at the Galway Races. And, Eimear Mahon from Ballyhaise won the title with an outfit from her own clothing and headpiece rental business, complete look dot ie.
Eimear teamed her spotted structured skirt suit from Rocio with accessories from the high street and a cream boater hat from a milliner based in Northern Ireland. According to a statement from the competition organisers, "One of the key reasons Eimear was chosen as winner was the way she created a wholly individual look incorporating pieces from high street stores and independent designers."
The fashionista took home the biggest prize fund on offer for the competition yet, which is worth in excess of €4000. Speaking of her win and her outfit, Eimear, who is also a secondary school teacher, said she first saw the outfit online and thought it was "quirky and fun".
