A Cavan teenager has pleaded guilty to threatening to seriously harm his neighbour.
The boy, who can't be named for legal reason, appeared be Judge John Aylmer at Cavan Circuit Court recently.
He had previously appeared before the District Court, where Judge Denis McLoughlin refused jurisdiction to hear the case.
He's charged under Section 5 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, where it's alleged he threated to "break all the windows and burn down" his neighbour's house.
