Cavan Sports Partnership has moved its offering online as a result of current level five restrictions.
It's rolling out a six-week, virtual programme that will begin on Monday, January 11th.
The virtual programme will be catered to different ages and abilities and will include yoga, Zumba, line-dancing, circuit classes, and much more besides.
Aine O'Reilly is Cavan's Community Sports Development Officer, and she says it's more important than ever for people's mental and physical health that they keep active.
