A principal of a Cavan School says her school is being discriminated against after the school was recently refused of Dheis funding.
Sabrina Faulkner Richardson says she doesn't know the reason why the school is being discriminated.
Cavan Number 1 National School applied to be a part of the support initiative after the other three schools in the area were awarded Dheis status.
The principal says without the funding the school is currently struggling financially.
Sabrina says they can't afford a cleaner at the moment and that the teachers along with herself must clean the school each day.
