Counties Cavan and Monaghan have some of the lowest levels of Covid transmission over the past two weeks.
In the 14 day period leading up to June 21st, Co Cavan recorded the lowest levels of Covid transmission compared the rest of the country, with an incidence rate of 238 per 100,000 population.
County Monaghan has the second lowest county-wide incidence rate over the same period, at 260 per 100,000 population.
Limerick has the highest transmission rate at 512 per 100,000 population, followed by Clare with a county-wide incidence rate of 489.
Meanwhile, the average incidence rate per 100,000 population at a national level currently stands at 393.
