Cavan Monaghan ETB gets 'green light' for new training facility

Cavan and Monaghan Education & Training Board (ETB) has been granted planning permission for training facilities in Monaghan town. Monaghan County Council has given the green light for a three-year temporary permission consisting of material change of use from commercial and light industry to a training facility.

The permission also allows associated teaching spaces, external signage, minor alterations to elevations, connection to existing services and all associated site works. The new facility will be located at Block 2, Milltown industrial Estate on the outskirts of Monaghan town.
