Cavan's newest millionaire has officially claimed their prize at Lottery HQ.
The solo player from Co.Cavan won €1 million in the Daily Millions Draw on September 9th.
The winning ticket was sold in Smith's Supermarket in Mountnugent. The winner shared a humorous tale about almost forgetting the winning ticket at home during their trip to Dublin. After a quick turnaround, they safely made it to HQ to collect their cheque and are now looking forward to retirement and a trip to the U.S.
