Cavan General is one of only three Irish hospitals to not have any Covid patients today.
The HSE Daily Operations Update shows that as of 8pm last night, it along with the children's hospitals in Tallaght and Temple Street have no confirmed cases.
This is the first day the hospital has had no cases since the post-Christmas spike.
Portiuncula and Navan hospitals are both treating three Covid patients, with seven in Mullingar and 14 in Sligo.
There are 342 people currently being treated for the virus in Irish hospitals, 17 fewer than this time yesterday.
