Later this evening will see a Co Cavan family battle it out in the first of two-quarter finals on the current series of RTE's Ireland's Fittest Family.
The Stratfords from Virginia are representing Cavan on the hit RTE show that airs at 6.30pm tonight in a brand new location - The Farm, a fifth-generation potato farm in the heart of the Boyne Valley.
The Stratfords are no strangers to challenges, as they thrive in mountain running, kayaking, and the pursuit of 'absolute hardship'.
Their coach Donncha O'Callaghan will be pushing the Cavan family to their limits to get them a place in the semi-final stages of the programme.
Barry along with his brother Daniel and with their parents Patrick and Yvonne will feature on the popular programme this Sunday evening.
Barry says he is looking forward to seeing himself and members of his family battle it out on TV this weekend.
The families that have made it to this stage along with their coaches will be hoping to do enough to stay in the game.
