A survey by Cavan Digital Hub and the LEO Cavan shows 76% of employees would work from a co-working facility.
This was just one of the findings of the survey which asked both employers and employees their views in relation to hybrid remote working, which would see people work between home, the office and hubs.
One of the key findings shows 31% of employees rank ‘the commute’ as one of their greatest considerations when looking for a job.
However, both employees and employers reported social loneliness as the biggest issue with working from home.
