Cavan County Council's website has been relaunched following a major revamp.
The new design, combined with a modern interface, will allow easier access across phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.
Meanwhile, Monaghan County Council have similar plans for a website update.
Cavan County Council says its "new website places a strong emphasis on ease of navigation and is customer focused".
Launching the new site, Cathaoirleach Clifford Kelly said "it will enable users to quickly find information on the many hundreds of services the Council offers".
Meanwhile, Enda Tiernan, Head of Information Systems at Cavan County Council, said the "new website is the first step in our overall plan to enhance our online service offering".
Elsewhere, Monaghan has similar plans for an updated website.
At a recent Monaghan County Council meeting, Councillor Aoife McCooey said a "poor website" is affecting the "delivery of a quality and inclusive service".
She told the meeting that the site is hard to navigate and asked what is being done to improve it.
Director of Corporate Services, Cathal Flynn, acknowledged "shortcomings regarding the website" but said "a lot of work will be done to update the site over the coming weeks".
