GEM Plastics Limited have received planning permission for alterations to a previously approved purposed development on new floor plans and elevations of the proposed factory unit with a new high level connection link to the existing storage unit.
Office accommodation is now proposed for the factory unit alongside a new first floor area and also a new extension to the loading bay of existing storage unit.
Alterations to the site layout and site boundaries, with a revised wastewater treatment facilities were also given the green light by Cavan County Council.
Ancillary works at the factory will also include for a bicycle shelter, storage faculties, external plant, gas compound, security kiosk, perimeter fencing, roof solar panels and car parking including electric vehicle charge spaces and signage. GEM Plastics Limited also received the go ahead by county planners with 17 conditions attached.
