Cavan-based Kingspan has exited the Russian market.
In a statement, Kingspan says it's "deeply saddened by Russia's unjustified attack on Ukraine".
Kingspan has become the latest Irish company to withdraw from the Russian market.
In a statement, the firm adds that it has "divested its operations to local management".
While Kingspan says the decision was made in early March, it adds that it "has taken several weeks to ensure it could be completed in an orderly fashion, with the safety and welfare of our staff as a key priority".
Russia accounts for less than 1% of Kingspan's global operations and the move means Kingspan products will no longer be available for sale in Russia.
The Cavan-based company says it's "deeply saddened by the growing humanitarian crisis as a result of Russia's unjustified attack on Ukraine and its people".
Kingspan has made a donation of over €680,000 to UNICEF for the establishment of 5 Blue Dot Centres to assist refugees on the Ukrainian border, and are also providing additional local supports.
The announcement follows yesterday's statement by Kerry Group that it has suspended operations in Russia and Belarus.
