180 cases of Covid have been recorded in the Northern Sound region in the last week.
Across the region, counties Cavan and Roscommon account for 59 per cent of all the cases locally between the 12th and 18th of July.

It now stands at 231 cases per 100,000 people, while the five-day moving average of cases has increased by more than 98 percent in a week.
106 Covid cases were confirmed in Cavan in the last week - with its five day moving average of cases at 19.
74 Covid cases have been recorded in Monaghan in the last seven days - resulting in a Covid incidence rate of 120 - with a 5 day moving average of 12 cases.
Elsewhere in the region, Roscommon also recorded 106 cases of Covid in the last week - with its five day average of cases at 17.
34 cases have been recorded in Leitrim with 38 in Longford.
