The Primary Care Centre in Carrickmacross is on-track to be handed over to the HSE by the end of the year.
Construction at the site was slowed by Covid-19 restrictions, but the building is almost sealed with attention turning next to internal electrical and plumbing fittings.
When completed, the Primary Care Centre will have provisions for mental health services, dentistry and space for up to ten GPs to treat patients.
Cathaoirleach of Monaghan County Council, Colm Carthy praised those who kept the project to schedule.
