A Carrickmacross disability centre has been found to be compliant, or substantially compliant, in all areas.
HIQA carried out a short-notice announced inspection in The Arches at the end of March.
The centre, comprised of one house and a one-bedroom apartment, provides care and support to five individuals with disabilities.
It was found to be substantially compliant in three areas, regarding its premises, risk management procedures, and health care.
A judgment of "substantially compliant" means the provider has generally met the requirements of the regulation, but some action is required to be fully compliant.
The risk rating in these three areas was "yellow", which signifies a low risk.
The Arches has put in place a compliance plan to bring these judgements to "compliant".
