Carrickmacross detectives investigating the murder of Paul Quinn have conducted a joint operation with the PSNI in the south Armagh area.
The 21-year-old, from Cullyhanna, was beaten to death in a farm shed near Castleblayney in 2007.
In July of this year, Paul Quinn's mother Breege said Gardaí committed to "redoubling their efforts" into investigating his murder.
On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, a number of addresses were visited as part of the joint operation between gardaí and detectives attached to the PSNI major investigation team.
A garda spokesperson said the two policing bodies will continue to investigate the murder and encouraged anyone with information to make contact.
