200 jobs are being created at a solar energy company based in County Monaghan.
The new posts will come on stream over two years.
The announcement was made by the Taoiseach Michael Martin at the opening of a new headquarters for Activ8 Solar Energies in Carrickmacross.
It's the largest supplier of panels to SSE Airtricity.
The roles will include administrative and back-office positions, along with jobs in the areas of design, technical, engineering, plumbing and roofing.
