A pop-up shop event will take place in Carrickmacross today and tomorrow in aid of two charities.
The event was organised by local woman Patricia Kiely with entry proceeds going towards SOSAD Ireland and Down Syndrome Ireland. According to Patricia, these are two charities which are very close to her heart.
The much-anticipated event will take place today and tomorrow between 11am and 5pm at the Holy Family Hall on Church Street. A total of 30 stalls will offer clothing for men, women, children along with bags and accessories.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Patricia said that this event will be a perfect opportunity for people to recycle their unwanted clothing and also help support two important charities. She has encouraged all members of the public to attend the event.
