Campaigners will gather outside the US Embassy in London later to protest about what they call the "Trump climate catastrophe".
The demonstration is also being held to show solidarity with those affected by the wildfires in California.
Mr. Trump urged the US government to "open up" North Sea oil and gas production last week. The president-elect has been clear about what a second term will mean for energy policy:
