There's been a call for an investigation into the high rates of Covid-19 in Cavan and Monaghan.
Local TD Brendan Smith has called on the Health Minister to outline why the local counties have been affected so severely.
He's called for more cross border co-operation to tackle the virus, saying the memorandum of understanding signed between Governments north and south is welcome but more needs to be done.
Deputy Smith again called for a contact tracing app to be put in place that would provide information to both the HSE and NHS.
