Sinn Féin are also calling for the Irish Government to exert pressure on the British state to acknowledge all the information they have on the case.

John Francis Green was an active IRA member from Lurgan who was living in the Castleblayney area following his escape from Long Kesh in 1973 dressed up as a priest. On January 10th 1975, the married father-of-three was at a farmhouse in Mullyash when gunmen entered the house and shot him in the head six times.
