Monaghan's Caitríona Balfe has been nominated for a prestigious Screen Actors Guild Award.
She's picked up a SAG nomination for best supporting female actor for her role as "Ma" in the film "Belfast".
The movie follows a Belfast working-class family at the beginning of The Troubles.
While Caitríona Balfe has received the nomination nod, her co-stars Jamie Dornan and Ciarán Hinds didn't make the cut.
However, the cast of "Belfast" has received a SAG nomination for "Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture".
Meanwhile, Limerick's Ruth Negga has also been nominated for an award in the 'Female Actor in a Supporting Role' category for her role in "Passing".
