The Cabinet sub-committee on Covid-19 will consider plans to reopen the country after the latest lockdown today.

The county has the fourth highest rate in the Ireland, having been the highest from the end of December until this weekend.
There were 202 new cases there in the past 14 days, leaving an incidence rate of 329.1.
Cavan has remained steady with a rate just above the national average.
Since Thursday, the incidence rate has stayed between 260 and 270 cases per 100,000 population.
The county has 203 cases in the last fortnight, with the rate standing at 266.5 last night.
