Businesses are being encouraged to retain some Covid rules as part of new return to work guidelines issued today.
The government advice follows the relaxation of public health measures earlier this month and the lifting of guidance to work from home.
Among the other recommendations are for employers to offer permanent hybrid working arrangements and provide supports for nervous staff.
Meanwhile the Labour Party's calling for proposed laws on remote working to be strengthened.
