The brothers of Natalie McNally have raised over €35,000 in her memory for two great causes, following their five day walk from Co Armagh to Croke Park.
Natalie was fifteen weeks pregnant when she was murdered in her home in Lurgan in 2022. Her family have been vocal in their campaigning efforts for action to tackle domestic and gender-based violence since the 32 year olds murder.
The walk from Craigavon to Croke Park for the all Ireland final has raised more than €35,000 and it set to be split between two causes. The Armagh-Down branch of Women’s Aid and Care for Caolan, a fundraiser for Caolan Finnegan, a young footballer from Crossmaglen who’s battling an aggressive form of brain cancer.
The walk was organised to coincide with Armagh’s first appearance in an All-Ireland football final since 2003.
